There will not be a deposit for the shipping container.

A collection fee of $175 will be charged for each shipment. Fee due prior to shipment.The semen must be administered by a veterinarian on the day of delivery.

Please place the container upon arrival in a cool safe location. Notify Amberfields of arrival of shipment.

The container shall be returned within 5 days of arrival or a $20 a day penalty will apply until the container is returned.The shipping charge can be enclosed in the container. Please return via USPS Priority mail or similar 2-3 day service.

Amberfields is responsible for delivery to the carrier only and shall not be held responsible for any delays or damages beyond that delivery. Each shipment to carry insurance of $250.

For optimal service Amberfields is to be notified the evening before collection is needed, or at the latest by noon that day EST on weekdays. For Saturday collection Amberfields must be notified by Friday evening at 5pm. Calling after these cutoff times incurs a $25 rush fee but may also result in unavailability of collection. Weekend delivery is not available to all locations via Fed Ex or USPS, Airport service is sometimes available.We try very hard to be available, please keep us posted as soon as your mare shows heat, and advise when your vet is coming.
